At MasterGPL.com, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you require a refund, we initiate the process on the same day the request is approved. Refunds will not be processed after 7 days from the purchase date. Exchanges are available for products that fall outside this window.

Can I Request a Refund?
Yes, refunds are issued once the order is completed and the product has been delivered. If the product is found to be non-functional, please request a refund by contacting us at [email protected] or by submitting a support ticket through your account.

Before a refund is granted, allow us to resolve any issues by opening a support ticket. Our support team typically responds within 24-72 hours.

Important Note:
Digital media cannot be “returned” once downloaded. Refunds are only issued if the product is completely unusable and our team is unable to resolve the issue. GPL products do not come with original license keys, and refunded requests cannot be made for license keys. Most products are pre-activated, but some may experience issues due to licensing restrictions.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued in the Following Cases:

  • The downloaded theme or plugin cannot be installed.
  • The theme or plugin does not work or is incompatible with your hosting or WordPress setup.
  • The product requires a license or purchase code.
  • The installation of a theme or plugin caused your site to malfunction (debugging and fixing are your responsibilities; support is available via ticket).
  • You are dissatisfied with our services.
  • You changed your mind or no longer require the product (exchanges are available for such cases).
  • You refuse to provide our support staff with site access to investigate issues.
  • You open a dispute without contacting support first, which may lead to being banned from our site.

Membership Refunds:

  • Starter Memberships are non-refundable. With over 4000+ products to explore, there is ample value.
  • For other memberships, partial refunds may be issued after deducting payment gateway fees and downloaded product costs. Each download is valued at $2.
  • VIP Membership Subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime.
  • Membership plans are not eligible for refunds, even if claimed within 1 day of purchase.

Original License Purchases:

  • If the original license has been activated on your domain, refunds are not possible. If the license remains unactivated, we can offer either an exchange or a full refund.

Update Delays:
Refunds are not provided for update delays. Some products may not be updated immediately. You can request updates, but we do not guarantee instant updates for new versions.

Renewals:
Renewals are strictly non-refundable. You can cancel automatic payments directly from your account at any time.

Special Offers and Discounts:
Offers and discounts apply to future orders only and cannot be used to request refunds or partial refunds for previous purchases.

Additional Refund Exceptions:

  • Change of mind regarding items or subscriptions.
  • Accidental purchases where the product has already been downloaded.
  • Purchases made by an employee or associate using your account.
  • Incompatibility with your WordPress, plugins, or server settings.
  • Products not functioning as desired.
  • License key or activation prompts.
  • Website issues caused by product installation.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions:

  • Accounts can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for cancellations.
  • If a refund is issued, downloaded premium products must no longer be used.
  • If an updated product remains defective, refund amounts may be adjusted based on product value.

Refund Processing Time:
Depending on the payment method and your bank’s policies, refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
